Loyalty Pricing applies only to returning GHR residents and/or GCD students
To avail of this rate applicants must pay their full 40 weeks’ charge on/before 15th July 2011.
The Application Fee is non-refundable unless GHR is unable to offer you your room choice. If you are a successful applicant, €300 of your Application Fee will be used as your Security Deposit and €200 will be credit to your account (towards your rent and utilities). If any damages are incurred during the stay the corresponding expenses shall be deducted from the Security Deposit and the balance shall be refunded to the resident as per the Lease Agreement. If the expenses exceed the Security Deposit residents are required to make good the damages as per the Lease Agreement.
The All Inclusive rate includes a utility/service charge of €19 per week. A Fair usage policy applies *** This typically covers:
• Electricity
• Broadband Internet
• Communal Area Maintenance
• Refuse/Bin Charges
• 24 Hour Manned Security
• Water Rates
• Access to Fitness Room and Library
• Parking & Bike Storage
Bed linen and crockery/cutlery are available to rent at a cost of €20 and €10 respectively for term.
*The Application fee should be paid immediately. Full payment should be made on/before 15th July 2011 (or, for Standard Pricing only, in two instalments, first on/before 15th July 2011 and the second on/before the 2nd December 2011). Instalments are not applicable to the loyalty rate.
