Within 2 days of your arrival, we will ask you to complete an Inventory Checklist on the items in your apartment. This will help you log any concerns or wear and tear in the apartment. This will be then compared against the final inspection of your apartment when you move out. This form will be given to you during your check-in orientation, and is available in the Accommodation Office. Alternatively, you can download it below.
For your comfort and safety, please report any maintenance issues to the Accommodation Office. You can complete a maintenance request form at the accommodation office, which is located in Block 1, just above the arch. We will try to look at issues within 48 hours of you having reported it.
If an emergency occurs outside of office hours, please report this to our Security Staff by calling 0868182370 or by pressing the intercom in the archway outside your building.
